2. PACKAGE SELECTION

Based on our conversation, choose and purchase the design package that best suits your needs and space.

3. DESIGN PLANNING

Based on your questionnaire and design package we begin planning and curating the ideal pieces for your space within your investment level. Depending on the location and complexity of the project this phase will include an in-person or virtual site visit. If virtual, we'll rely on you for photos, floor plans, and dimensions.

4. DESIGN PACKAGE DELIVERY

Within 2-3 weeks we'll present your concept boards. These boards, shaped by your budget and design preferences, serve as the foundation for our work. We'll plan and curate the ideal pieces to maximize revenue. You'll have the chance to review and approve the designs.

5. INSTALLATION

Installation can span 1-10 days depending on project size and complexity. We handle receiving, furniture assembly, setup, and garbage disposal, leaving your space photo ready.

6. MAXIMIZE ADR & BOOKINGS

Start earning! Well designed spaces attract more guests, drive positive guest reviews, and command higher nightly rates.
